Returns Policy

Full price items are eligible to be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Any items received after this date will be returned to sender.

Discounted items are non-refundable

Items must be returned in their original state with labels attached and in original packaging.

Failure to provide the returned garments in this state may result in a discounted refund or the refund request rejected. Item cannot smell, be stained or be worn for any period. Returns are subject to an inspection by our Quality Control team prior to a return being processed.

Items damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the returned package is waterproof and packaged correctly. A tracking number must be obtained for any refund.

Accepted refund requests will typically show in the nominated bank account 3-5 days after the refund has been processed and accepted. Please note this is not the date the refund is posted or received. Our returns department will contact you on receipt of the return.

We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud.
